Agency Fee
Retaining Fee:	$8,000
$2,000 due upon submitting application, balance to be paid
upon signing of Surrogate contract.
Surrogate's Fees
First-time Surrogate:	$20,000
This fee is typically disbursed over the course of ten months
once pregnancy is confirmed by hCG blood test.
Experienced Surrogate:	$25,000+
This fee is typically disbursed over the course of ten months once
pregnancy is confirmed by hCG blood test.
Monthly Expense Allowance:	$200
First payment paid on the first day of the month after signing
contract and continues until post-partum release.
Pre-screening Reimbursement: (due at transfer)	$2,600
Life Insurance Premium: (for one year)	$400
$250,000 term policy for Surrogate incase of accidental death.
Maternity Clothing Allowance: (due at 14 weeks)	$800

Includes 6 weeks post-partum help.
