We offer a personalized care plan individually tailored for Intended Parents and Surrogates. We conduct personal interviews with both Surrogates and Intended Parents to understand the goals and desires of each person with respect to their surrogacy journey.

Surrogates are pre-screened to meet our specific criteria. This is just one of the things that makes our agency different than most, because not many agencies are as thorough in their screening process.

Here is a list of just some of the services we offer:

• Surrogate profiles
• Intended Parent profiles
• Arrangement of all necessary tests, consultations and procedures for both Intended Parents and Surrogates
• Coordinate and attend the meetings or conference calls between the Intended Parents and the Surrogate, depending upon the parties' location and desires. It is recommended that the parties meet at least twice before deciding to commit.
• Verification and/or obtainment of Surrogate health and life insurance plans
• Negotiation of fees and contract
• Coordination of any necessary travel arrangements
• Organization of legal services for Intended Parents and Surrogate with a reputable reproduction attorney
• Locate a clinic in close proximity to where the parties live if the Intended Parents are not already working with a fertility clinic. If the Surrogate lives within a reasonable driving distance to the Intended Parents’ clinic, she will be seen at the same clinic. If not, we will locate a monitoring clinic for the Surrogate's screening and cycle coordination.
• Set-up a 3rd party escrow account: to guarantee that all funds are kept seperate, we use an outside escrow agency for the Surrogates' compensation that will handle the disbursement of compensation checks, monthly expenses and all financial reimbursements to Surrogates, as well as monthly statements to Intended Parents.
• Attend the embryo transfer, the ultrasound to detect fetal heartbeat, and the delivery as well as any other appointments, if possible/or desired. This is particularly important when the Intended Parents cannot be present.
• Personalized Support Program for the Intended Parents to provide for as smooth a journey as possible.  We understand how important it is to receive timely calls and updates.  We provide a broad range of support services as well as facilitate special events for our Intended Parents and their families.  
• Nutrition classes
• Comprehensive Support Program for our Surrogates to ensure they have a wonderful surrogacy experience. We work to ensure our Surrogates receive lots of support, including weekly calls from the time they are matched until their post-partum checkup, monthly support group meetings, periodic get-togethers and special events for Surrogates and their families.
• Coordination of Birth Plans and Hospital notification
• Arrangement and scheduling of final legal process

In the event the Surrogate does not become pregnant after a reasonable number of attempts, we will provide another Surrogate for no additional agency fee.
